Used this to light up under my roof over for my camper. I did not want to overlap the lights. The spot to cut the line at is critical. Take your time and get it right first time. It couldn’t have worked out better. The connection for the second plug was a little tricky. Be patient and you’ll get it. Got to hit the tiny wire’s exactly right. Happy so far. Don’t know about longevity. Everyone comments on how good it looks.The lights look fantastic at night. I installed them on my trees. They are flexible enough to bend around. They look brighter than I thought. The price is cheaper than what I can find at local stores. I unplug it when not in use. I don't want to burn out the lights. We will see how long they last.We have other brand "blue rope" led lights. One is pretty blue and when we bought a 2nd blue one it turns out it looks blue when off but when on it's white! THESE are REALLY BLUE! Very vibrant deep blue. Just what we wanted. They are long enough to string all the way around our camper and truck. They look great! A little pricey but I would definitely buy againWe use these at our seasonal campsite. They are beautiful!! We get lots of compliments. They are just the right amount of brightness. Color is vivid. You can easily run them with other lights. Easy to install and easy to take down. Excellent value. They last forever!!I order warm white and got cold white. Didn’t know till I installed and powered up. You may want to power up light’s before installing. I would have given 5 stars if order was correct, which it was not.Really good quality and Lumen output.Looks really good around my garden beds!after 1 week outdoor, the light stop working. it rained and the black box after the plug fill up with water and short circuit, turns out that the out box was not seal and weatherproof as advertised ,the lights did come with an extra black box which i quickly connected and my light started to work again.So far, these ropes lights have been perfect. I use them to create a large ring at festivals that I spin fire at. They generate enough light to help us see while spinning and also help keep foot traffic out of harmes way. They have been stepped on, rained on and messed with by kids. They still work perfectly. Would absolutely buy again.
